Do all moderate resorts have room access from the outside? Are deluxes the only ones with inside access?

Yes you are correct. Only deluxe have inside access.

Ok thanks! I've never stayed at a moderate before, but looking into it for our next trip.

Honestly it haven't bother me too much in the moderates, but the values are so poorly sound proofed we actually could hear full on conversation from people walking by our door.
