I haven't heard anything, but I think it would be so much fun to have a meet and greet with them!

They haven't met and are not expected to meet in any WDW parks.

I posted this on a previous thread about this topic:

If you stand outside Guest Relations you will likely get to meet some guest doing their very good impressions of Anger and Disgust. May even occasionally meet Joy. Fear can be found by Space Mountain. And Sadness stands alone beside the road on the way back to the airport.
