We were in the parks last night and all of today.
Can confirm Joy and Sadness started their meet and greet today at EPCOT. Line was deceptively long. When we walked in we guessed maybe a 30 minute wait. NOPE. Hour and a half. They are super cute though.
We liked the Flower & Garden Fest, but not as much as we enjoyed F&W. For some reason, F&W felt more...involved? And for all the bad rep F&W gets for drunks...we noticed a LOT more overly intoxicated this weekend at F&G then we ever did in the fall. Today alone there were people yelling their heads off, stumbling everywhere, being carried by other members of their party. There was even one guy passed out in the Pumba topiary, missing a shoe and having wet his pants.
MK was PACKED today. We got there right around park open, and we've never seen it so crowded before. And we've been during the Halloween and Christmas parties.

Wow! Sounds like Epcot was quite an adventure.
