For those who have been into innoventions lately... is it worth it??? What is currently in there? Any details or pictures would be great. Thanks!

They have the Iron Man exhibit, and also Thor and Captain America meet and greets. If you are a Marvel fan it is definitely worth checking out!
The downstairs does not seem to be much different than its been in a while. But we dont pay much attention to the downstairs! I think its boring!

Yeah, the IronMan interactive exhibit on the second floor is kinda fun. As is the power plant game up there with the virtual power "pucks." We like to go there when it is hot out to get a breather and basically play the non-game-console video games they have there.

Downstairs is not very interesting for us...

I've got no strings.....to hold me down.....

There are...no strings on me

a few of you may know what I'm talking about here if you were on the internet today (no, not Pinnochio ;) )

Now that the trailer is out (which is incredible) I'm wondering what we'll see in Innoventions supporting Age of Ultron. I wouldn't mind an exhibit on Ultron himself, or maybe the technology of Shield (would fit in well with promoting Agents of Shield as well).

Or a life size display of the Hulkbuster armor. If they displayed that I'd probably fly down to Anaheim just for that alone.

I've liked Innoventions as a place to condense some Marvel attractions in a single space. I hope they do something new as we approach May. 2015 is looking like the best year ever for geekdom...especially Disney/Marvel/Lucasfilm geekdom...

I hope so! Either way I am going to seriously faint when I get my photo taken with Captain America.

AND that trailer wad AMAZING. Love how they spun it that HYDRA leaked it early.

We finally made it in to Innoventions on our last trip down.

The Iron Man stuff was awesome but it was the M&G with Thor and Captain America that made our day. The CM working the Thor line and entry to Asgard was fabulous, seriously had us in tears laughing.

Captain America was far better looking than Thor but it was a nice break and not at all hard on the eyes!

The downstairs was meh, but it was air conditioned and had places to sit so I won't complain!

We had a lot of fun there last week. My dd was over the moon with the Thor meet-n-greet. We didn't have time to see Captain America though. She also did the Iron Man virtual suit activity...you virtually wear a suit and get to go through a bunch of actions where you see yourself on TV wearing the suit doing different things (she did a bunch of crazy dance moves and fighting moves.)

hahaha, that's great. yeah, the upstairs is fun. The downstairs is SUCH a missed opportunity IMO. They headfake toward a "house of the future" ala the old Monsanto exhibit, except that it's all pretty boring, and is about 3 generations of tech behind what you can actually find in some houses now.

If they did something further reaching into the future there, more like the Monsanto exhibit (at least in spirit....not all plastic :lmao:) it would be more fun. I know everyone laughs about the old house of the future now, that's how it always is, but I bet people thought it was interesting at the time. It was different, for certain. the problem with the exhibit now is that it's not much different than my neighbor's place...

Or just gut the whole thing and put in some cool Star Wars rides, that would be fine too.:)
