Inn or Hacienda?

I have to make some reservations ASAP as we just booked a last minute trip. I wanted to eat in the San Angel Inn last time we were in Disney but we weren't able to get a reservation. I think the menu sounds better at the Hacienda but the Inn is just so pretty. We love "real" Mexican food not so much tacos and tex mex stuff. Opinions please!

I recently started a thread on the same topic. Hopefully, it gives you some ideas. Ultimately, I decided to book San Angel Inn because of the atmosphere...but I think either choice would work well.

Try Hacienda. I was there 2 weeks ago for their inaugural opening and loved it so much that we returned the next night. For starters we had the Botina and Taquiza. For entrees we had Tacos de Camarones and Puerco en Salsa de Mole Negro. For dessert we had Tamal de Dulce and Empanada de Manana. Everything was done very well and was delicious. If you can get a later dinner reservation, you can also see Illuminations from there. They have beautiful, tall windows that looked out into the lagoon.

We prefer the dinner menu at La Hacienda, I have been reading some top notch reviews of the place and I cannot wait to try it!

SAI is awesome for lunch, the food is excellent but the dinner menu doesnt appeal to us
