Ink fading on transfer

Has anyone else had the red ink fade on the transfer during the vinegar wash? I am wondering if it's because I just put in a new ink cartridge. It seems like red is coming from everywhere.

OH NOT, it's that infamous red again!

I had a tee that seemed to have a red "running" streak on it and yet there was no red (that I could see) in the design but can't say I saw that after the vinegar wash but after the final wash before wearing.
