I am 2 months our from my trip with my DD girls and DBF. I am trying to collect all the information for reservations, Fast Pass, etc in one location. It is on my iphone and in the Disney App. I created a spreadsheet. What works best for you?
cards? what do you use?

I just use the app. If your worried about your phone dying I'd bring an extra battery to charge tourney phone (I'll have one with me) beyond that if your really concerned about technology failing and forgetting your reservations I'd probably do an index card per day with the info on it... that would be small enough for me to not see it as an inconvenience...

I use the app, but I also keep screenshots of my FP+ and ADR plans, just in case. I also use Google Sheets on my phone and keep everything in spreadsheet form. I also always bring a portable battery charger with me because all my plans are stored on my phone.

I do a one page spreadsheet so that I can quickly edit and move things around from tentative park hours (months in advance can't be sure) to released park hours. These help me to decide which park which day.

Then I put my transportation information on the same sheet whether that is rental car, flight details or train details ir we are using the Amtrak Auto Train.

We are only making one ADR and it is already noted. Fast Pass information when it gets to 60 days out.

Resort reservation number and ideas for activities on non-park days complete the sheet. The spreadsheet lets me see absolutely everything at a single glance!!! I do have data in My Disney Experience app and confirmations in my e-mail.

I use same idea when we travel to Great Britain and would include B&B or hotel information, flights, rental cars.... proposed activities for specific days!

When we go, we buy the touring plans subscription. Its so cheap and I like it better than the Disney App. I put everything in on their website, print it all out, but its also all there on my phone. Fastpasses, dining, etc. In my planning stages I use notebooks, until I have the Touring Plans subscription to start adding things to my list. Then I tinker until it looks great.

We use the app and a binder. The app is more for the parks. The binder has plastic insert slips (I can't think of the actual name) with all the dining reservations, fast passes, hotel confirmation, plane tickets, etc. And in the back is lined paper with things we plan to do that aren't reservations.

Thank you! I will look into this!

If you buy the unofficial WDW book, you get a discount, otherwise it's like $10-12 and it lasts for a year. It took me about 30 minutes to get the hang of what I was doing (starting a touring plans on the computer is WAY easier, then just use the app to refer to plans, line times, menus, etc) and then it was click click click, done.

Our last Disney trip I just printed up a calendar with the plans and Fast Pass selections on it and taped one copy to the RV fridge. We referred to it at a glance every time we opened or passed the fridge. Also our DD also used her MDE to keep everything UTD.

I got a free touring plans subscription for using a Disney travel agent, but I kind of hate the way the daily plans are laid out. I use their tools to plan and map everything out, but I created a planner in InDesign where I can transfer over that information, plus add "how to get there," confirmation #s, specific food I want to try, etc. I also use Adobe Illustrator to make maps for each day (2 parks per day) to keep track of where we'll be in the parks. I clearly have too much time on my hands...

I have a binder. Sections are overall weekly itenerary...info on resort...important info phone numbers etc.....then daily schedules with maps and menus for each day. I have this on the room dresser open each morning to look over.
While out and about I make a print out and glue it to a notecard with the following for each individual day...day and date...FP 1, 2, 3 with time range and confirmation #. Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner location, time, and confirmation #. and put it in a ziplock in the front backpack pocket.
This way everybody in the room has a chance to look at it every morning and get a grasp on the day. And in case phones die or whatever (no internet) you have times and confirmations on you without having to carry the whole binder everywhere.
I use excel to make spreadsheets for each day and the overall week itineraries. In the itenerary I have day, time, activity, location, transportation, DDP or OOP and confirmation or extra info. I highlight in yellow meals, green fast passes, blue pool time, and maroon or pink special activities (like date night or things like mini golf etc. ).

I have a notebook that I use. I just write down the day, park visiting and hours, fast passes and adrs.

For when I'm in the parks I wrote all important info like faspass times, adrs, things I wanted to buy and snacks I wanted to try on an index card. I then laminated it so it wouldn't get ruined if it got wet.
I made one for every day I was there and my husband just kept it in his pocket.

We also printed out park maps from Easy WDW and shrunk them up a bit and laminated those as well. Way easier to pull out real quick than unfolding the big ones you get in the park.

During my last trip I was having trouble with the ap on my phone, so I stopped at the Concierge desk and asked if they could print out my plans - they could and I absolutely loved it and will do it again, just using the ap for changes or wait times.
