Like a lot you, we developed a real feeling for our servers. We had Garish and Stipe. Can anyone tell me how much these guys make. They work hard and for long hours and always have a smile on their faces. I thought other restaurants should have their staff try and imitate them. They would do some business. They also seem to be quite knowledgeable. Are they well educated? Also, they must not last long on the ship. Who could keep up the pace and they all seem to be so young.
