Info on Sept. 2002 Pin Event?

Hi all,

I'm new at this, so please bear with me. I saw a post listing the dates for the pin event at Epcot in September, but I'm trying to get more information on the event. Since we'll be at Disney then, we'd really like to attend.

Do we need to buy a special ticket, or will our park passes get us into this? Is there a website somewhere with more information? Did I completely miss an explanation of this here somewhere???
