Info on flight cancellations

DH and I are booked to fly out of Bangor in Sept. on an early am Delta fight. I have been watching the on time record for the last 3 weeks. Suddenly, this week it is CANCELLED 3 times. It is not weather related and the FAA site is not listing any problem. Anyone know if/how I can get info on why these cancellations happened?

Is the flight you have booked back? Delta is well-known for canceling flights, then putting them back on the schedule, also changing flight times. I would keep an eye on your particular flight for the next month. There may not have been enough people on those flights to make it profitable to keep them on the schedule. Usually, if a flight is canceled, you will be able to book another one, but it may very well not meet your needs. It could be much later in the day. So, if I were you, I would have an alternate flight in mind. If you get to the airport and find your flight canceled at the last minute, you will already know what is available with Delta.
