Can anyone tell me if there is a water fountain near Anna and Elsa's
meet and greet?

I haven't been to their meet and greet but the meet and greet that was there prviously did not have a water fountain at it. I hope someone who has actually been there can tell you.

Sorry don't know about the fountains. However you can get free iced water from any quick service restaurant near there. However those near don't open til11am. The gift shop near there does sell bottled water too.
