info on dvc rentals

We are planning a trip to WDW Nov 6th -12th. Are the DVC rentals really available and is it a safe to book that way. I need help.

DVC rental is pretty safe in my opinion. We're DVC owners and have rented some points before. However your dates will be very hard to get. We're going down Nov. 5 - 11 and all DVC resorts are full. We're staying at POR instead.
