info needed for crt new ressie policy

just called wdw dine and tried to get info for my upcoming trip for crt in april...the cm told me since i am on dining plan, she will only put ten dollars per person on the cc as a hold. she said my cc would only be billed if we were no shows..........so now i am confused because i have heard mixed stories here.....anyone know the new menu or ressie policy...........thanks

I booked CRT for June and CM took CC# but told me nothing would be applied to CC (Not even deposit) since I was on dining plan but she said if I blew off ressie I'd be charged deposit fee. Waiting to CC statement to see if it's true or not. I also booked California Grill and was told no deposit needed but they took CC# when I made reservation.

thanks for letting me know....i will call back and make my ressie for my april trip........i just wish i knew what the new menu will be ...i can't decide between lunch or dinner???? i think i will order the slipper dessert as well but will do so about two weeks before my trip........thanks for posting!

The lunch menu will be staying the same. There is a possibility the slipper could come back for dinner when it goes to 2 credits on Feb 1st. You can always call the restaurant manager directly (who you would call to order the slipper from) and ask if will be on the new dinner menu. Let us all know if you find out.
