Info about WDW restruants and the econemy

I don't know if this was posted before or not. I found it posted at a military group I go to and just had to pass it on. It is about Disney resturants and the bad econemy. I was not even aware of it till now. There are ads at the top so you have to scroll a bit. It took my computer a while to load the page.

I am sorry but Jim Hill Media is a RUMOR MILL not a reliable "source"

Things Jim has reported as a "Fact"

1. There would be a Halloween Horror Night event at MGM. (This was before it was DHS.) Guess Jim was the only guest invited.

2. Carousel of Progress was closing. (This is a recurring thread)

3. Tarzan Rocks was closed because Disney won't have a theme park show and a Broadway Show at the same time based on the same movie! (SHH... Don't mention the Beauty and the Beast or Lion King shows to Disney management, they haven't noticed! )

And so on.

SUre he gets something right every now and then (Heck, even a blind squirrel will find a nut every now and then)

Disney threw him out of DL several years ago and I think his "sources" dried up, but he still wants to make money so he keeps right on "publishing"

There is a thread on the Rumors and News board discussing Liberty Tree. At this time it can be considered only a rumor as WDW has made no announcement about changing it. But the Remy thing is spot on.

His report in 2005 that Disney was closing Disney Quest had my two teenage boys depressed for months. Thank goodness he is rarely correct.
