We're staying at POR in a few weeks and I wanted to know if the frigs would be in each rooms by the time we arrived. After about 5 transfers I finally got to a great CM who gave me the lowdown.
The process is scheduled to take 7 weeks assuming no problems. If you stay at a mod or deluxe that doesn't have them in all the rooms yet it is the discresion of the GM of each property whether you will be charged for requesting a frig from housekeeping. As of right now POR doesn't have the frigs installed yet and is charging the fee to rent each day. I was advised to contant POR directly before I left to make sure this is still the case. If you have questions I would call you resort directly and ask for the front desk to see if the frigs are in or if they will cost if you request.
