What did ya buy? Model and manufacture? Where did you puchase it? Any other reviews or info?

I have the aerobed queen sport air mattress and love it. It has a rechargeable cordless pump that you just plug into the bed and it fills up. It's very comfortable. Also comes with a car lighter adapter incase you forgot to recharge. It was about 89$ at walmart, but worth it. I can't sleep on the ground any more.

We have the Aerobed twin size - I don't know what the model is called, but it's the one with the plush top. It's very nice. My MIL has the raised model and it's horrible! It's like sleeping on a waterbed.

We have the AeroBed Raised Quick-Inflate Bed (queen size) in our guest room. It has a built-in pump which is VERY fast. I paid $140 plus $10 shipping from smartbargains.com - received very quickly. I don't believe they have queen size currently, but twin & full. There are a bunch of reviews on their site.

Very comfy, somewhat firm, not like a waterbed IMO as referenced by previous post. I haven't slept a whole night on it myself, but family who have stayed over really like it. I like that it is similar in height to a real bed, which makes it easy to get into and get up from. I have a bedspread on it, it uses regular sheets which you can tuck in, and it looks like a regular bed.

I will note that it does move around on the carpet, which has pushed the pump against the wall leaving a few black marks. My Mr. Clean eraser has removed it each time. Not a big deal.

We have a Coleman queen size double high air mattress that I purchased at Bass Pro Shops about 2 years ago. It came with an unattached pump that inflates and deflates the mattress pretty quickly. We have used the mattress numerous times with no complaints. We also have a queen size and a twin size double high Ozark Trails we got at Walmart. These we have only used once and find them to be pretty good.

Had a raised Coleman (queen) and the "channels" ruptured and made it un-sleepable. There were these huge mountains all over the thing. Bought a raised twin Aerobed and it was VERY wobbly to sleep on and only lasted a little over the warranty period before developing a hole. Imagine my surprise when I woke up at my parents' house and could no longer see my 11yo! She had gently sunk to the floor, but had it been a young child, could have been a problem with that much vinyl around her face. Last one was a standard Aerobed twin. Everyone really likes it, it takes up a LOT less room than the raised, and 9yo DD uses it as her full-time mattress at home (set on her old mattress for height). We just deflate and take it along when we travel. Granted, my mother can't use it since it's so close to the floor, but that just means we have fewer houseguests...;)

Yeah, well, my MIL thinks we "really like" hers too - we didn't want to hurt her feelings! ;) We found it horribly unstable, but I've been told that this can be lessened if you put it in a corner. Of course this makes it difficult for the person on the wall to get out of bed (BTW, we had to roll out of it every morning, there was literally no way to sit up on the thing.)

We have been using the Ozark Trails brand from Wal-Mart for years now, and we love it. Just make sure to put enough air in it, and you will probably have to keep putting air in it - the bed gets larger with use. It was $15.00 for a twin with the fuzzy top so your sheets don't slide off.
