Any suggestions where I can find princess wear for my DD...at the time of our trip she will be wearing 12-18 mo sizes. I saw a Snow White costume, but I was thinking more along the lines of Belle or Cinderella or someone like that. We have a princess breakfast booked and I would love to have her in a dress for the pics...

Thanks for any info!

Thank you! Sorry about the duplicate post! I LOVE both the dresses you sent the links for...the first was my fav, but my chunky monkey DD probably wouldn't be able to do a 9-12mo...I LOVE the cinderella one tho...

THANK YOU!

I think the Disney Store is your best bet by far. However their baby sizes run a smidge on the small side. When DD was 12 mo. I got her a size 18 mo. TinkerBell costume and it fit fine (she wore a size 12 mo. at the time). The crotch snaps snapped snuggly and DD is normal sized. Either on-line on at the store (e-bay???)
Good Luck!

When DD was that young I found Princess dresses in her size at Toys R US. Of course they weren't as cute as the Disney Store ones, but at that time my DD was 15 months and wearing 12 months and since TDS starts at a 2, that was our only option.

Thank you guys! I get to have DD to myself tomorrow (DS has school and DH is working) so I think we are going to go shopping...

THANK YOU!

You can try buycostumes.com too. I was able to get DD her princess dresses from there when she was a baby. Good Luck in the search :)

I think you should do Belle. Also, you should look at Michaels for the accessories. They have a ton of princess stuff especially in the foam area. I don't have any old dresses....sorry....SIL. :sunny: :goodvibes

I LOVE this Belle dress, and it says for ages 1-3, but I am worried it will be too long. DD isn't an unassisted walker yet, but I am keeping my fingers crossed she will be by our WDW vacation...

It says 27" from shoulder seam to hem...I think DD is about 28" with her head on

OHHHHH....I love them both. Which one are you thinking of? I love the first one but, the second one looks more like her size. TOO CUTE!!!! princess:

I agree - the first is my fav, but I think it will be too long. The second will definitely fit. They cost the same tho...

Definately do the first!!! It is the best. We can hem it so we can let it out as she grows. It is much more Princess in my opinion. princess:

I got a Tink on Ebay NWT for about $10 in 12-18 months. The dress is still on the Disney Shopping site for $30!

SHE IS SOOOOO CUTE!
My DD is tall - probably 30" and weighs in at 21#, she will be 1 on the 16th. We aren't going to WDW for another 2 1/2 months...what size would she wear? I've read these dresses run small...so I want to be sure. She was 21# the last time I weighed her about a month ago...so I am projecting a growth spurt soon so maybe 23-24# by the time of our trip.

What's your thoughts?

Thank you! My baby girl just turned 1 last week, so they are about the same age. I would get an 18-24. There are still some on Ebay, so keep your eyes open. I probably should have sized up as well, since we are going to WDW in January when dds will be 5 and 18 months. But it is plenty generous now, and I mainly got it for Halloween. I suppose I could add those onesie snap extenders if necessary in January.
