Inexpensive, customized caps

Well, zazzle.com is fun, but I really want caps, not shirts. And I really want them silkscreened, not embroidered, because I just cannot see spending so much on caps that we'll probably use for a week and then never again.

So... does anyone know where we can get inexpensive, customized caps -- professional Disney artwork that we can combine with each person's name or with a single phrase ("Ben's Birthday!")???

Check with a local sporting goods store or a place that sells promotional wear. Our local trophy shop does embroidery and it isn't very expensive. You can find hats for a few dollars at the Mart stores and have them put something on the cap. They may not be able to put something Disney on the cap because Disney protects their trademark, characters, etc. so much.

I checked with the two places in our local area I knew did this -- way too expensive (they only offer embroidery).

I guess I'm surprised that there is no place where we can get something like we can get from zazzle.com, for the same price, but something we can wear everyday without having to do laundry.

If you google "personalized caps" a bunch of sites will come up. I saw one with hats starting at $7.99 - not sure if any of them can use Disney characters because of copyright reasons though.

Yup... we spent almost an hour last weekend Googling trying to find an option and came up empty.
