Indy meet in Sept 2009

I know Saturday may not workout for some, but trying to pin point a day that works for everyone is tough. If it helps the meet will be mid afternoon until early evening. If we get a bunch of folks from out of town who spend the night we can plan something for Sunday as well.

Also, anyone who plans, or is thinking of going to Disneyland for the DIS Unplugged meet....Definately go. We'll hopefully be linking up via phone like we did last year for the Dole Whip for Bawb meet.

We're in. It's only 3.5 hours from where we live. All I need to know is what part of Indy the meet is in so I can book a hotel.

We stayed at a Hyatt Place in Indy on our way home from Disney last week... very nice.

I'll be posting an official thread soon. Everyone who says they plan on attending will be listed in that thread. That thread will house all the official meet information. It will be posted in the Meet forum, but I'll post a thread here and in the Community forum with a link to the official thread.

The meet worked out really well last year; in fact, a lot of what we did will be repeated this year (or at least I hope). We'll probably add a couple of events plus some sort of fundraiser for Give Kids the World on behalf of the DIS.

I can't believe that we're going to miss this this year. I knew it up front though and definitely didn't want Aaron to change the date because of us - since Labor Day weekend is so good for most people.

Fortunately, the reason we won't be there is because we'll be at WDW! We're staying at the Poly for the very first time (from September 2-6).

I told Aaron that I need to be "included" somehow, be it via flattie or phonecall!!!!
