How is indoor spacing done at both quick service and table service restaurants? Are they skipping tables in most?

Depends on the location. Some places have signs on tables to let you know where you can sit and where you can’t sit. Other locations have removed tables and spaced the remaining tables out.

Also, there’s been reports of DS restaurants having little spacing between people. Raglan Road has had several mentioned.

We ate at Tiffins, CRT, BOG, Olivia's and The Boathouse. In all four, either tables has been removed to make space or tables were labeled as not available for seating.

We've eaten at Jaleo, Boathouse, Homecoming, STK, Chef Mickey's, The Wave, GF Cafe, Whispering Canyon, Spice Road, Regal Eagle, Artist's Palette, Trattoria, Topolino, Primo, Satu'li, House of Blues, City Works, and more that I can't think of now and I've felt comfortable with the spacing at all of them. They have either removed tables all together or placed signs on tables that they are to not be used.

We had no issues at Raglan Road, though we did do an early dinner when the restaurant wasn't at all busy (5pm). We were seated in the room off to the right side as you come in, tables all looked to be well spaced in there.

We were also comfortable at La Hacienda and Rose and Crown. We had basically the latest ADRs possible and both restaurants were just about empty. Tiffins, Terralina, Jock Lindsey's, and Wine Bar George were also all seating tables more than 6' apart.

At Skipper Canteen, seems some tables may have been removed. There were several feet between us and next tables. Pecos bill I think had tables marked off not to sit at, so spacing was ok there too. Satuli has signs up too, to tell you where not to sit. Brown Derby was skipping tables/booths between parties. Docking Bay 7 had tables removed/spaced apart.

At Biergarten on 11/18 most of the standard 8-top tables had been replaced by 4-tops widely separated, with some of those blocked off from being used. But in keeping with the Biergarten spirit, we had a great conversation with the couple across the aisle from us. Just had to yell back and forth!

ETA we were struck by how spread out people were at all the TS; they seemed almost empty compared to pre-COVID-19.
