No indoor pools at WDW. Not sure about Swan/Dolphin.

The pools are heated, though. In the mornings you can often see steam rising from them.

I think it's safe to say that "Florida" and "indoor pools" are two ideas that don't go together. As stated, WDW heats their pools like bath water (but I've had a chilly swimming experience at the Dolphin). Our kids have had a blast swimming even when the air temps. in the 50's... but we're from Michigan. The locals look at us like were nuts down there!

there is a resort close to disney that has an indoor pool but there are none on disney.

Marriott World Center has an indoor pool

Embassy Suites Lake Buena Vista has an indoor pool that connects with an outdoor pool.
