Hi Scott! That's great you guys are coming. Queso sounds great...There will be a place to plug a crock pot in. I'll make sure there is some form of electricity near the food tables.

Some of the folks from the Indy area, or DVC folks and/or folks who have stopped by the Tech board, may remember Hoosier Bill. Bill attended several of the smaller Labor Day Indy DIS meets I organized in the past, though do not think he attended last year's meet that Aaron organized. Bill will be dearly missed, he was so helpful on the Tech board, and I hear also on the DVC board.

Too sad.

Agree Dan! I had the pleasure of meeting Bill a few times. He was a great person; very kind, and would do anything for you if he could. He carried the Disney spirit and magic with him wherever he went. He will be missed.

Just a couple of reminders as we move closer to the meet.

Because we are using a public facility run by Purdue University and the city there is no alcohol permitted on property; which means no alcohol will be permitted at the meet.

Also, if you have any ideas for the meet you wish to share please let us know. If we can enhance the meet by doing something special or different we can certainly investigate the possibilities.

I will Nicole. We may schedule some pre and post activities (Friday & Sunday & maybe Saturday night). I'll post those details when and if they come together in post number 1. These events would be very informal; maybe dinner, breakfast, bowling, etc.

Let us know if a miracle happens and for some reason you can make it.

Hi Aaron, thanks for the pm linking to this thread. Looks like you're going to have a fantastic meet. If there was any family needing some Disney magic it is ours. 2009 has not been good to us at all(except for our oldest son who will be attending Purdue in the fall on a full scholarship). I have said yes to these meets in the past only to have to cancel before the time came. So this time I will say probably not, and see if somehow we can make it. I'll keep watching the thread and will let you know closer to the date if we can make it. Bill
