incredibles "Frozone" costume?!

Me son is dying to be Frozone from The Incredibles for halloween. I can't find anything like it anywhere and I am very UNcrafty. Any ideas? thanks in advance!

I just saw Disney on Ice on Sunday and DD4 loved it!
