Strenght training does not need to be done in a gym. You don't need a personal trainer either. To start out, a simple pair of dumbells, or ankle/ wrist wights, will do the trick. You can do it while you watch Dr. Phil dole out weight loss advice, while watching soap operas, whenever you have a few mins to concentrate on your form. Start out this way, slowly, and you will be amazed at how quickly you see results. Do some bicep curls, or leg lifts. Work on those triceps, and don't forget, it only takes a few mins to do some old fashioned crunches. You need not break into a dripping sweat. Just get those muscles moving. You know what they say... If you don't use it, you lose it. (and when you lose it, fat moves right in to take it's place!!!!!!)
