Incorrect App Push Notification re: Testing?

Did anyone else receive a push notification from the app this morning that said in order to sail, guests need to upload their vaccine card OR negative test result? Two in our party received this -- did we miss something? I thought both a vaccine card AND negative test result was needed. So much changes so fast, wasn't sure if I missed something, if it's an early indicator, or if it was just poor/incorrect wording pushed out by the app developers! So far Disney/DCL hasn't impressed me in the least with their communication, so I'm betting on the latter, but wanted to check -

The unvaxxed under 5 yr olds need to submit a negative test up to 3 days out and test at port. Anyone 5 and older needs to upload vax cards and have a test up to 2 days before/or at port.
 
I think it's just the wording trying to encompass everybody with a single message.
