Incentives and Multiple Contracts

We are looking into buying 250 points at Riviera. There are current incentives that will discount our price per point. On these boards I have also read that it's best to split up a large contract. Does anyone know if I would lose out on the bigger discount by breaking up the contract. Or would we still get the larger discount based on the total number of points?

You'll still get incentives based on the total amount of points you buy 'at a time' - you'll just need to pay the extra closing costs! (based on experience btw )

If you're buying that many points and often like to stay in a studio, don't forget about guaranteed weeks as an option.

That's a really great question thank you for asking. In the future the smaller contracts tend to demand a slightly higher price than larger contracts...and say you had a (2) 125 point contracts that you decided in the future to divest one and keep one...so many options

Will most likely have to split the contracts up 150 (minimum for new member) and 100. If trying to split up into 2@125, you would lose blue card benefits if you end up selling one of the contracts.

This is how I was thinking we would split the contracts.

They won’t even sell you an initial contract for less than 150 points. I just went through this with multiple sales reps.
