incentive annual passes?

hello! In august 2006 I purchased a new contract at SS. ( I already had one but got a brand new one with a different number and all.) Anyways, part of the incentive was 2 vouchers good for annual passes. I plan on redeeming them this upcoming trip and I had a couple questions...can I just pay the difference to make them premium? also-can this redemption take place at any park guest relations? thanks...
