Just signed up for Inbox Dollars. One of the options is to earn $$ by playing online games, which I've never done for $$ before. Can anyone give the "online games for dummies" explanation to me? 
Do I pay to play, or just get paid when I play? Any pitfalls or "catches" I should be aware of?
