Since you are more than 30 days out, any MagicBands linked to your account are from prior stays, having an AP or purchased retail. You can manage these and change the status at anytime.
The ones for the upcoming stay will appear as an open order until they ship out from the processing facility. Once these ship, they will be listed under the appropriate individual and can then be managed (should be 'Active' by default).
If everyone already has MagicBands, there should be an option when you customize to decline MagicBands for each individual. If you decline them, you would need to use a MagicBand that's already associated to your profile.
