In which order would you do TSM and Cars land?

In which order would you do TSM and Cars land?
I want to ride TSM and RSR and I have no clue what I should go for first and which one I should grab a FP for. What would you do?

I'm going to Disneland in February/March 2013 if that matters.

I'd do RSR and the rest of CarsLand first. Hit it early on a weekday and get it done before the lines really build.

We're hoping to stay at Best Western Plus Anaheim Inn (Good Neighbor Hotel)

3 weeks ago when we were there TSM was a 45 minute wait (reality less than 30 mins) and the weather was really hot so thankfully it was mostly shaded and or air-conditioned in parts so we never even bothered with fast-passes, I'd concentrate getting on RSR as early as possible, get it out of the way and then the rest of the park should be easy .
