Celine Dion for sure with the females. But I would choose Amy Lee over her.
As for the guys. I really don't know. The one I think has a beautiful voice is Josh Groban.

Definitely, but I do think that Independence Day is just a little better. Martina has the most amazing range I have ever heard.

-Emilie AUtumn, I say about her alot but she has an amazing speaking voice and a big variety of vocal styles.
-Kaya, in the song "Queen of Decadence when its just him it shows how powerful of a singer he is.
-Sarah Brightman, Such an amazing voice.
