In search of a 2nd job

I have a steady nightjob at Publix working 4-12/6-2 shifts Sun-Thur. On a 2nd I want to work a short day shift before Publix or easier, work on Fri and sat.

I like to be a cart attendant for Sam's Club, Home Depot or Costco. They're warehouses so it shouldn't be 100% competative to a grocery store. Meaning I can't work at other supermarkets like Wal-Mart Supercenter or Sweetbay.

What's the start pay for a cart attendant? Ppl keep telling me $10/hr for Costco. I don't mind more cash for WDW or a new car ya know.

My first job was being a cart attendant at Super Target. I remember getting paid about $7.45 at the time. For me, that was awesome because I was in high school.

At lot of retailers have this, it is usually in the employee handbook. It would be a conflict of interest to work for a competitor.

I was a cart wrangler at Sam's Club while I was in college. That was my favorite job I've ever had. No one bothered you and you basically worked on you own at your own pace.

Yeah I once got hired instantly at Walmart Supercenter as a cart attendant. But after they found I work at Publix (during an orientation) it was a no no lol.
