In Room Dining??

Have looked around but can't seem to find the answer to this question... what does in-room dining count for on the Deluxe Dining Plan?? We are staying at the Poly if that makes a difference... TIA

2 DxDP meal credits per meal ordered. Same entitlements as at a sit-down restaurant: beverage, appetizer (L/D), entree, and dessert (L/D). Gratuity and service charges are included.

Except that ordering a pizza through room service (at resorts that have room service) will cost 4 credits, not 2. A pizza is considered a room service meal for two.

Yeah, at the Poly, I would think that room service is a poor deal. From what I've heard from other folks. if you're staying at a Deluxe resort that has a signature restaurant, you may be able to order from that restaurant's menu for room service -- in that case, it might be worth it.

That's for "pizza delivery" at "participating resorts". A pizza at a deluxe resort is considered "room service" and not "pizza delivery".
