In room delivery before arrival??

can someone tell me if this is possible...
I really want to order 50th Anniversary Minnie & Mickey Plush and have them waiting on the bed for the kids in the hotel room (AoA) when we check in..is there any way this can be done? My other idea is to sneak down to the hotel gift shop myself when the kids are sleeping and have them waiting next morning

No, they won't place them in your room prior to your physical arrival and taking possession of the room.
We had them deliver to the room when we left for dinner. I planned it for shortly after our arrival time

ok great thanks, we are going to Disney Springs for dinner the first night so I'll try and work it out for then. what did you have delivered? was it from the hotel gift shop or a 3rd party

I ordered a birthday celebration from the Disney florist

Gift shops/hotel will no longer deliver to your room and have not for a while. Disney florist will. They do have gift baskets but they are not cheap if you are looking for one specific item better to buy it yourself for the next morning.

Maybe send the kids ahead with another adult in your party and hopefully get the 50th anniversary plush from the gift shop? Although, I'm not sure if you can find the specific one you're looking for at the AoA one....

If you are able to get them before you arrive, you might be able to ship them to the resort in advance so they are waiting for you when you arrive. I was able to do this at the Boardwalk when it was DD Birthday. I shipped a box from home with decorations, wrapped presents, etc. When we arrived, DH hung out with her while I went to the shipping/mail center at BWI and retrieved my package and snuck up to the room and decorated quickly. Maybe reach out to AOA and see if you can ship to them too.
