I am not a morning person and I don't eat much for breakfast because if I do then I feel sick.
Usually I bring along peanut butter crackers and apple juice from home but I'm looking for other suggestions for my trip coming up in a few weeks.
I like "grab n go" type options so basically please don't suggest a bowl of cereal. (I really dislike cereal lol)

I ordered some groceries for us, including breakfast items. I ordered granola bars and pop tarts. I had also ordered bagels and cream cheese, but then remembered my kids only want those toasted, so I took those off the order. I also ordered milk as we're big milk drinkers.

Some of our favorites;

Hard boiled eggs
Granola bars
Breakfast bars
Bagels
Yogurt
Croissant
Donuts
Pop tarts
Muffins
Protein shakes
Bananas
Apples (dipped in peanut butter too)
Oranges
String cheese

bagels and cream cheese or Bagelfuls (in the frozen section, have cream cheese and strawberry filling, just grab and go)
yogurt with granola
Special K Pastry Crisps or Poptarts (not my thing, but kids like)
string cheese (protein helps)

I'm more interested in items I can bring in my luggage :)

Helps to open with that.. That said, others gave items that were able to be stowed in luggage... Not really sure what you are looking for

Sounds like whatever you would do to get by at home for b-fast would be something you can pack into your luggage..

So just what you do on your daily routine

What I've done before is pack a suitcase with just breakfast/snack items. We usually fly Southwest, so we have room to do this without paying more for the extra luggage. We'll be doing it again for our upcoming trip. Think about things that have protein in them to help give you energy: nuts, cheese, hard boiled eggs are a few examples. I've kind of turned the suitcase into a cooler...insulate and use some ice around the items that need to stay cold. Juice boxes, bagels, apples, clementines and homemade energy bars are also good to pack.
I feel like we accomplish a couple of things by doing this. Breakfast can be eaten in the room while others are getting ready, saving us time. It also, of course, saves us money. By eating this cheap, high energy meal to start the day, we save our money to splurge on other stuff later in the day.

Well I did say that I usually bring from home so I figured that would be a good indicator I was looking for things I could bring from home.
I do agree I was given some pretty good suggestions so far of things I could bring from home.
That post was more for future posters to not also suggest items that could not be put into luggage.
What I have at home for breakfast is a couple slices of pineapple or a banana neither of which are all that suitable for putting into a checked luggage.

Pop tarts, Clif bars, Kind bars (DD and DH likes these types of things - I'm a yogurt or fruit for breakfast person). Fiber One makes those little baked 90 calorie bars that are pretty good.

My favorite (non-refrigerated) in room breakfast (splurge) would be those mini cinnamon rolls from Costco - so good! They come in a fairly sturdy plastic container so they may be pack-able.

You COULD put a whole pineapple (uncut) in checked luggage (along with a knife to cut it up with). That would be allowed as long as you are not crossing an international border. You could also bring a whole pineapple in carry-on - though that sounds heavy. You can also put canned fruit in a checked bag. (you might need to also pack baggies with you to make this grab n go in the morning.

If you do like yogurt - FROZEN solid yogurts also work in carry-ons - but this will depend on how long your flight is. You can leave this at Bell Services if your room isn't ready when you arrive.

We have brought both bananas and oranges in our carry-ons. Oranges are heavy - but whole fruit is allowed.

In addition to some of the other suggestions - I buy the "Belvita" Bars by Nabisco solely for travel breakfasts.

I also shop the resort food court sometimes. The prices are horrible - but still serves the purpose of a quick breakfast in my room (or to-go with me) in the morning. I might pick up hard boiled eggs, apples with caramel sauce, bananas, or fruit juice. I typically make that shopping trip first day of my trip - and just "fill out" what I need to buy (vs. what I brought in my luggage) so I only have to go once.

My DH and I always shop before our trip and by the single JIF peanut butters, crackers, granola bars and trail mix. You’d think they’d get smushed, but our 4 trips so far, flying southwest, we have had no issues.

What about ordering from Safeway (cheaper than garden grocer) or Instacart (I've never used them but may try them next trip). That way you can get fresh fruit.

Not sure where you're staying, but if there is a food court, you can also pick up a couple pieces of fruit there the evening before. Much easier.

We also don't eat much breakfast at Disney ever, so I get a few things that my youngest likes (it's most often just him and me on our trips). A pack of muffins, iced coffee, if it's me I like protein so a protein bar or cheese or turkey. Usually just coffee for me though.

We did bars. Larabars, clif bars, kind bars. The ones with a lot of chocolate got melty if you took them with you vs eating in room. We also had packs of nuts.

Reading through the suggestions I just thought of a potentially good idea.
I could get a few "fruit pouches" like the ones for toddlers. Easy to grab n go plus I would assume they are a fairly healthy option.
I'm looking for something that is not a lot to consume put will keep me full.
I've done protein shakes at home and I've done protein bars on vacation but they just don't seem to do the job.

I travel a lot for work and take the applesauce pouches and dried fruit, usually banana chips, apple crisps, and pineapple slices, and granola bars. I'd like to say I make the dried fruit, but I don't. I just buy at the store. Chocolate covered banana chips are quite tasty too. I also have taken the individual peanut butter or Nutella dipping containers and have regular crackers or graham crackers to dip in. I usually take a few small apples as well.

A PP mentioned it but I love to travel with the Belvita breakfast bars. They travel very well, keep me full and energized, and come in a small variety of flavors so I can buy a couple of boxes and mix and match for however long I'm gone.
