In room babysitting

For those of you that have used this service at the resorts offering it, can you tell me about your experience? How late will they stay and what are the prices? Good with the kids? Our DS will have just turned 1 when we go in October and DH and I were thinking of doing the sitting one night for him while we went out to dinner at Epcot, but he has only ever stayed with grandmom other than us Any experiences would be appreciated.

I would contact Kids Nite Out for their current pricing and hours. We used them for two nights when my DS was 2 years old and we were staying at GF. Our sitter was fantastic. Very safety oriented, kind. Brought a ton of toys for our DS, though he was already asleep when she arrived. We also only had family babysitters up to that point. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them. There is a reason they are WDW's authorized in-room babysitting service!

Thank you for the info! That is kind of what we are hoping, that if we plan it late enough, he will already be asleep anyway, and pretty much all someone would have to do is keep an eye on him while he sleeps.
