A few years ago we used Kindercare to sit for our DD2 one evening and had no problems. I know Kindercare is Disney's designated choice for in-room sitting, but that Kindercare is otherwise not directly associated with Disney.

Regardless, our older DD is now 6 and we have a two-year old as well, and we're going to need a sitter at least one evening when we visit later this month. Has anyone used Kindercare or any other outfit recently, and if so, how was the experience?

Any input would be appreciated. Thanks

There are a few options listed on this site and others. I have not seen Kindercare listed though. We will be using Kids Nite Out for our visit at the end of May. It was recommended by the disney site. Your six year old also has the option of going to one of the clubs at the different resorts for children, but for the resort clubs they must be 4 years old and potty trained. There is another one also called Fairy Godmothers.

That link should give you some ideas.

I forgot -- Kindercare changed its name to "Kids Night Out" a few years ago. Although the name has always confused me -- shouldn't it be called "Parent's Night Out"? ;)

Thank you for the link, by the way.

If you search for Fairy Godmothers and Kids Nite Out you'l get a lot of reviews. Most everyone is quite positive. We loved our experiences with FG for our DS, who is now 4.
