In progress??

I applied on Oct 5th 2015 and I am still in progress, have not received an email or a WBI!?? Does it normally take this long? I thought I would have at least received a thank you for applying email by now?

From what I have read on the internet, everyone's process is different I hope you hear back something soon.

Hi, I applied in June for Cultural Rep and I never got an email, instead the Thank you was in the dashboard. I've been in progress since June with no other communications. This is my third year applying and usually it takes a few months to get an answer.
