Where do I buy the ketosis test strips???

any drugstore has them...just look in the area where the strips are for diabetes...or ask the pharmacist

Walmart has them pretty cheap - but you have to ask the pharmacist. They're kept behind the counter.

AT www.netrition they have them for about $7 for 100.

I paid $15 for 50 at CVS, so next time I will order them.

strips for ketosis...........I have been to cvs, brooks and another cvs..............cant find them.........dont know where to look for them and not completely sure what exactly am I asking for......................HELP!!!!!!!

I know they are there and they are not staring me in the face................

Also how long does the headache and the tiredness last? Please tell me something like a few days cuz I don't like feeling like I just want to lay on the couch.......

I enjoy walking and by the time I leave work I hope and pray that my neighbor (very nice person) doesnt call me to go and walk the gerbil track with her.......................

Also have ???'s on ??constipation??? I almost bought something for it today but have never taken anything for this problem and I think I may be a little scared to do so.............

I have had MAJOR constipation lately. I took Milk of Magnesia today [full dose] and it seemed to do the trick rather gently. Now, I am going to try taking Magnesium supplements as well as Flax Oil capsules AND Fiber tablets daily ---- to keep regular. I never want to feel this 'stopped up' awful again. This is quite a change for me. Before this WOE I had spastic colon type of IBS. I had to be within a few minutes of a bathroom at all times!

You are making me smile...I remember just a few weeks ago...I had the same questions....

The Keto sticks are hard to find...I did find them at Walgreens..I had to ask the pharmacist.

The headache...well, I started induction over again...so I am still getting them, BUT...DON'T lay on the couch. I can tell you that exercise does make you feel better. I know that its strange, but someone told me that on here and I figured...why not...and it worked. So next time You call your neighbor...and go for that walk....what do you have to lose??????

As far as the ummmm...constipation...I had to pop a few laxatives...I have tried drinking extra water...but I am not very good at that....so before it gets really bad...I usually try to take something.

Good Luck...stick with it...it does get easier!!!

I will go to walmart and ask the phamacist for these things and also get something for my other problem...............and I think the "MOM" may be it as my mother takes that and prune juice everynite..(the meds she's on)

I must be doing something right on this diet got on the scale this morning "before the shower" and lost 4 pounds so far....................and buy does that feel good.


Keep up the good work out there and just know that there are a lot of people out there rooting for you!
