In park water rides

Another question...do they have changing rooms near the in park water rides at IOA?

Am I right in my understanding, the lockers that are by the water rides are not free like the ones by Hulk, and the FJ?

Not that I know of and yes, they are pay lockers.

There are no changing rooms unless you count the bathrooms.

The lockers by the water rides are not free.

If you are thinking about using a locker in a free area, remember they are time limited and then they become pay also.

So are you allowed to change in the bathrooms? I know here in NJ at the shore there are signs up stating it is against the law to change in a public restroom.

I would like to put on a bathing suit do the rides and change into dry clothes.

I have never seen anyone in the bathroom monitoring for people changing clothes. I have spent a lot of time in Fla and never seen a sign saying not to, so I think you would be safe.
