In Park Quests???

I have read the VMK guide for new players. However, I am still confused. What are in park quests?? I am taking a trip to Disney World in 4 months and I want to know what I am supposed to do while I am down there. Every time someone says an In park quest I get confused about whether it is in VMK or in the real parks in Florida and California. Any explanation would be greatly appreciated! TIA!!

"In park quest" means in the one of the real Diseny theme parks, either Disneyland or WDW. When you look at the stickey thread about the quests, it will tell you which quest it is for and which park it is for.

The different parks have different answers.

Some of the quest forms you pick up in the park and some you have to download from the VMK site and print out. All the answers are in the sticky thread. While I would defitely print the answers and take with you, you might wish to actually play the quest in the park for fun when check the answers before turning them in.

You can only play each quest once every 90 days, so you want to be real sure to turn in the correct answer the first time.

When you complete the In Park quests successfully, you receive VMK Cards that have codes for in game items for your characters. Some of these items can become very wanted as only those who go to the parks can obtain them.

Also, some people collect the actually cards.

There are currently two "in-park" quests to download and take to WDW, the Tomorrowland and Thrill Seekers quests. ( links to download are in the quide, and on the main vmk.com page) You should check back, as your trip gets closer, to see which quests are current as they do change from time to time.

Any other quests will be availabe at VMK Central on Main Street in WDW. There are kiosks located here, with quest booklets and computers to play VMK. If you create a character here, it will come with a special "born in park" badge, black mickey ears, and a few other special goodies.

Additional quest cards are given when you make special purchases in the park, like gold ears for buying a hat in the Chapeau on Main street. A list of these is also in the guide.

On Saturday in MK I didn't want to buy a hat, so I went up to some guy who was buying three baseball caps and begged him for his vmk cards. He was very nice about it, making sure the CM gave him three cards, then he promptly handed them over.

you answer questions and get cards with codes on it. also you can also buy serten things at serten places in WDW or WDL. i hope that helps
