the kids willl be happy
I can stick with the old phone I rarelly use anyway!

Here is the most fabulous lunch deal

we ate at Bob Evans today
the girls had "free birthday meals" we hadn't used yet
can be used anytime, they have a barcode on the postcard thatyou get in the mail when you sign up for the birthday club

SO: the girls got meals and drinks (free)
and I had the most yummy beef vegetable soup and a loaded baked potato and biscuits and then I thought I should order a drink, since the girls meals were free, even though I usually only get water
and the drinkwas 1.99, which is outrageous, but I had a refill

and then I let the girls get the peanut butter smiley face sundaes, because their meals were free and I was feelling generous

so the bill comes to 20.57
and then at the register they take off the kids meals
and the grand total was
8.00 even,
which does not seem right, but the kids meal coupons took off their meal, drink AND dessert!

five dollar tip for the waiter
still cheaper than a McD's lunch for three

and we did really good at Kohls
trying on a multitude of outfits

DD13 found jeans she lliked
this alone is a major accompllishment

and DD10 found adorable long sleeved, long dressy type tops with leggings for 7.60 (she got three)

topped off with new underwear, some earrings for DD13, clearance flip flops and sunglasses
41 bucks and three big bags of loot!

I hate buying new jeans, its either they are too long or don't fit right.

I like it. Did you get those hats this past trip? Since we have a new kitten this year we bought a 2ft. tree. We had it on the table and he was already going after it, without anything on it.

My trouble with jeans is that my hips are large relative to everything else. Gap Curvy or Applebottoms usually works for me.

Good Tuesday evening, randoms!

DS drove to school today (what a surprise!)
He applied for a parking permit, which really just means you have to pay $20 and fill out a form with your license plate. They have plenty of parking at his school.

DH put out our angels in the front yard, three wooden 3D angels. They look pretty. DH was off today. He made dinner, too. Chili. YUM!

No luck finding plain white light strands yet.

I never heard of a kid who didn't like whipped cream either. It bafflles me. I love, love, love it! (especiallly that kind in the can you just squirt into your mouth!)
