Well in 6 days my sister is going to Austria with her school orchestra.

Austria!?! Really! Wow! (in Europe?)

Since Sunday, we have had temps in the 50s. It really does feel like spring! By Thursday, we will be having rain and lower temps, going all the way through to Sunday.

Today was so gorgeous and sunny
we took the kids out for recess and they all took off their jackets and piled them up on the blacktop!

(I didn't think it was THAT warm, but they play hard and get sweaty!)
It was 57 degrees at 3:00

Our "Give A Day" vouchers came today (via email, you print them off yourself)
for a FREE disney ticket!

DD11's gymnastics coach was so sweet to her about cheering tonight

she felt TERRIBLE (coach) that DD didn't make the team

I tried to tell her it really wasn't all that traumatic for DD11

There is always next year IF she wants to try again....this from the girl that wasn't even really sure she wanted to do it THIS year

Enjoying another springy day in PA

was supposed to rain but it has held off and the sun keeps peeking out

DS's former girlfriend seems to still be "in love" with him
her facebook posts are scaring me a bit

I started it but I have been living at the library for the past 3 days studying for all the tests I have this week so I had to put my reading on hold. I'm looking forward to going back to it next week!

It was 70 degrees here today!
Simply gorgeous

DD13 and DS are supposed to go skiing this weekend...
doesn't seem like ski weather all of a sudden
and rain is forecast ....

We have been zipping here and there all afternoon

I still need to pick up DD11 at play practice at seven
and then I think we are in for the night

and can have some dinner
my tummy is growling

even though I may have had some peanut M&M's

She is fine with it. All of my kids are busy in many activities, and it wasnt' like her heart was set on it. She is pretty easy going (unlike DD13 who is a hormonal bundle now and wasn't that great even as an infant)

No rain yet, but no sun today. DS and DD13 are on a ski trip tonight, so I hope the rain holds off until they get their fill. THey are to return home at one AM.

Good luck! My nephew's birthday was Tuesday and he took his permit test that day. He passed, so he is eager to start driving, too.

My alma mater just had a big article about this girl. She took a job as a special ed teacher in Alaska, it is a big article in their full color alumni newsletter.
