In Orlando-Pick ur own oranges?

We are at the Nick Hotel right now. It's terrific, better than I thought, but since we have a rental car we want to do more than stay at the hotel.

I know a Pick Your Own Orange Grove has been mentioned by a Dis'er that recently moved to Orlando.

Can someone help me out??? Thanks!

There are several around the Orlando area...there is a VERY nice one just off 27 near Clermont called "Showcase of Citrus." My wife and I frequent there at least once a month when the fruits are at their best, but all the time their stuff is amazingly good. It is family owned and the family is one of the nicest families you'll ever meet...their little kids work for them and can inform you on just about anything you want to know about citrus.

You can go out and pick your own fruit, but they also have a stand where you can pick through the stuff that is already picked.
