In Need Of Major Pixie Dust

I have posted on here before about having a chronic illness well things are bad and I am in need of major pixie dust.

I am in so much pain, I have never been in this much pain. I am really scared. My muscles are sore to the touch and it literally hurts to move. If I try to walk or sit I yell out in pain and cant help it. Changing positions in bed hurts. My illness comes with a big controversy so I can't just go see any doctor. My doc is out of state and I don't see him until next week. My illness has never scared me this much before. Please send thoughts, prayers, pixie dust or whatever you do.
