Hi Chris-Here is an easy recipe I use frequently:

Bread pork chops and fry until browned. Drain fat. In bowl mix 1 package Lipton Onion soup with 2 cups water. Pour over pork chops, cover and simmer for about 45 minutes. I serve it over rice. Hope you enjoy!:D

believe it or not one of the favorites around here is
shake n bake so quick so easy!!

another favorite is:
1/2 cup italian dressing
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
3 tbs. soy sauce

6 1-inch bonless porkchops

In a dish combine dressing, juice, sugar and soy sauce.
add pork chopps, turn to coat. cover and put in fridge for
at least 3 hrs. (over night is yummier).

grill or broil chops. basting with marinade. ENjoy!!
everyone raves about these.

Here's one that I posted awhile ago when someone else was a-looking :)

Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Add orange segments. Cook for 1 minute.
Serve over pork and rice.

Here is one that I really like (I have also made this using chinken)
Mexican Pork Chops
6 pork chops
1 T oil
3/4 cup uncooked rice
1 1/2 cup water
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
shredded cheese

Brown pork chops on both sides in oil, drain on paper towel. arrange in baking dish and sprinkle around chops.

Combine water, tomato sauce and taco seasoning mix. Pour over chops and rice. Cover tightly woth foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour.

Remove cover, sprinkle cheese, cover and bake for 15 minutes longer.

I usually double the rice ingredients and make extra rice it is good the next day or if I have more than 6 chops.

Spanish Chops

Brown chops. Place a thick ring of bell pepper on top of each chop. Pour 1-2 Tbs of Minute Rice in the pepper ring. Pour some tomatoe juice or crushed tomatoes on top. (I can my own so I use about 1 pint). Season with S&P, couple drops Tabisco sauce, garlic powder and onion powder. Add a little water and cover, simmer about 1/2 or until tender.

One pot meal!

these recipes all sound so yummy!!! a very easy one that we sometimes use is to marinate the pork chops in soy sauce for about an hour and then grill or broil or pan fry. (chops should be completely covered with soy sauce while marinating)

BigSis1970 posted this recently. I made it last week and it was great. Since Stove Top was on sale, I used that and because my crockpot is oval, I was able to fit 4 boneless chops in 1 layer.

Pork and Stuffing Crockpot style

6 oz box of pork stuffing ( i used the store brand 0
1 granny smith apple chopped and peeled

(pork of your choice - I used 2 large bone in chops ) on top then add other 1/2 of stuffing mix. cook on Low 6-8 hours and enjoy

I'm doing bigsis1970's recipe tonight. It smells good.
I am using cornbread stuffing mix.
Can't wait :)

It was wonderful!!
The pork was very tender and the stuffing moist and flavorful.
As DH says, definitely a "keeper".

Thanks for sharing bigsis1970.
