In for a rough few months... (danger! bit of a whinge!)

So as I'm sure I have said in the past, my doctors have discovered that a strong medication I am on could be preparing me for cancer. So I'm titrating off it on to another one. Thing is, you can't mix them, so I need to be totally off one before starting the other. Which will take 2-3 months. I have been told things will get a whole lot worse before they get better and to expect extreme low moods and, potentially, grand mal seizures.

I'm lucky enough to have a caring family and supportive medical team behind me. Else I don't know what I'd do!

I hope the transition goes smoothly with no seizures, a bad mood isn’t the end of the world especially with those around you knowing that it’s a temporary side effect. I hope it doesn’t interfere with your hypnotist studies too.

I hope everything goes well you’re very blessed to have found out before something bad happened that the medication would might cause it so you could get off of it
I hope your family can help you through this difficult time in your life but I hope it’s not difficult and you don’t suffer too much actually I hope you don’t suffer at all
Practice a lot of self-care during this time hopefully it’ll help! Do whatever you need to do to take care of you please keep us updated
