like I was... I was able to get through to make a PS just now. They are re-routing the calls to another location... sounded like she might have been in CA so maybe they're taking calls in Anaheim.....

Yes, I talked to Dining this morning. She said both Tampa and Orlando offices were closed. She was "out of state" but didn't say where exactly. Both the Group Dining and Recreation lines are closed.

One CM I talked to a week ago said they have call centers in Kansas City (where he was located) and Utah (I think he said Salt Lake City) and of course the ones in Florida.

This is for normal operations, so they didn't just set up call centers outside Florida for this storm.

So, I'll have to remember that if I'm on the line talking to a CM and want to ask about the weather, etc. regarding Florida, they may not be located there.
