In Ashford....

Well what a busy 3weeks, unexpected 12 hour shifts at work solid for 2 weeks then a day off before the holiday began but I had to get a hair cut, replace a tyre on the car, get the kids to two parties (one in a nearby town) and finally go to Glasgow to get DW a replacement iPhone after the insurance paid up for her stolen one but Orange refused to sell us one to replace her stolen contract one - 2-6 weeks to order one. I reserved the phone and picked it up two hours later. Finally after all that, at 9.30 pm with over excited kids, I started packing my clothes and the car. The next day we had horrendous rain and I had to 2-3 inches of water to stand in while finally filling up the car. The first part of the journey was pretty wild but the rest of e journey was straightforward, getting to two chimneys at about 8.30 pm on Saturday.

Oh thats a stressful few days. Hope you have a nice, some relaxing time at DLP. Looking forward to reading about it when you get back
