I wouldn’t expect any country other than the UK to celebrate it given it centres around the English based gunpowder plot.

I do enjoy it as an autumnal festival but given the choice, I think I’d say the 4th July is a much bigger thing!

One of our local fireworks displays this weekend set alight a massive train shaped structure in lieu of Guy Fawkes, so a bit less morbid!
 
...do you celebrate Guy Fawke's night? AKA. Bonfire Night? It is marked with HUGE firework displays, the burning of a "Guy" (either just an effigy or a topical person like Bin Laden) and dancing in the streets. It's like 4th July on steroids.
